COVID Update

A COVID update from our Owner & Managing Partner, Dr. Jerod Felice

The safety, health and well-being of our patients is always our highest priority. Our staff and Physical Therapists have been working hard to continue to maintain a safe environment for our patients, while continuing to provide the highest level of care. Our FXPT family cares about you and our staff. Governor Hogan has deemed us an essential business and can once again open our doors — at this time we are able to treat you in our offices, via telehealth, or in the safety of your own home. Our in office operations are following protocols from both the CDC and OSHA. These actions include in-depth cleaning of our space, proper personal protection equipment for our staff, and intensive personal hygiene protocols. We are actively screening all patients at every appointment and are monitoring staff daily. In order to protect all of us during these trying times we have enacted safety precautions in line with the Maryland state government and CDC.

In office patients can expect:

• Required face coverings per MD state guidelines covering mouth and nose.
• A screening procedure upon entrance.
• Updated check-in and waiting room procedures to maintain social distancing
• Hand washing prior to appt.

If you answered yes to ANY of the above questions, please call your primary care provider or your State Department of Health for further direction. After seeking medical guidance, please follow up with us in 14 days.
