Everyone is always friendly & down to earth. I always feel welcome & part of my care team so I can get better. Both Jamie & Allison help me through... the use of dry needling each visit. Nikki, at the front desk, is super helpful with scheduling, any insurance questions, or assisting with the portal. I am so grateful to have found FX Hampstead for my needs. Truly the best Physical Therapy! Therapist Jamie provided me with significant relief of pain/limited mobility from an injury after my first visit and... I continue to improve with each session. The hands on therapy combined with targeted exercises has me back to walking upright and the one-on-one model with the same therapist provides great continuity of care. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I absolutely would have because FX Physical Therapy in Hampstead is phenomenal! Unlike many PT clinics where... you rotate through stations with different techs and get to spend very little time with your therapist, at FX your entire appointment is one-on-one with your therapist. I have been treated by both Jason and Jamie as part of the rehab process for a serious fracture and they are both extremely knowledgeable and personable. They would explain why different exercises were beneficial for my recovery and they were always willing to answer any questions that I had about the healing process. Jason and Jamie were very encouraging and they consistently came up with different exercises that accomplished the same task, so that visits never felt boring or repetitive. Aside from the quality of care, Nikki, the administrative assistant is also incredible! She is always on top of scheduling appointments and handling all insurance matters. She is a true pleasure to work with! I have no doubt that others will have the same positive experiences that I did, as the team at FX PT in Hampstead is genuinely invested in their patients and their recovery.read more

Jason Lawrence was most professional in his manner of providing P.T. He explained what he was doing, how it was helpful, and its impact on my injury.... During each session, Jason incorporated consistent hands on therapy throughout the full duration of time. This is quite an improvement to my other past experiences of sole instruction for "at home" exercises in a 20 minute time frame.
