Home Visit Therapy Kit

Our PT’s will visit you with their home visit kits. These kits are designed to have everything you need to receive treatment anywhere. If you need specific supplies unique to your condition, please email Fxpt@fxphysicaltherapy.com before your appointment so that FX Physical Therapy can make the appropriate arrangements.

Scheduling an Appointment:

To schedule your first home visit appointment, click on the appointments tab. “On the appointments section you will see a box that says “Comments”. In the comment section indicate that you would like a “Home Visit”. The office coordinator will send a welcome email and intake paperwork to you. This paperwork will include everything that you need to receive treatment at home.

Home Treatments Include:

  • Post Surgical Rehabilitation: We work collaboratively with surgeons and doctors to provide the best individualized care for our clients’ post-surgery rehabilitation. We understand that each client and their surgery are different, and our approach will be personalized to each client’s specific situation.
  • Sports Performance: For athletes looking to improve their technique, transition safely from physical therapy back to their sport, assess their movements to prevent injury, or shorten their post-workout recovery time, our sports performance assessments and services can help.
  • Sports Medicine: We offer a specialized focus on athlete rehabilitation, with the goal of helping athletes return to the sport, not just regain full range of motion. Our physical therapists understand the mechanics of each sport and can help clients reduce their risk for future injury.
  • Manual Therapy: Manual therapy uses “hands-on” techniques to help assess movement, mobilize joints, and manipulate soft tissue (muscles, skin, ligaments). This approach can help increase range of motion, decrease pain or swelling, promote muscle relaxation, improve athletic performance, and more.
