Dr. Gina Hahn hands down the best pelvic floor PT I have ever had! I’ve had pelvic issues on and off during stressful times in my life and my biggest... challenge prior to working with her was getting my anxiety and stress levels under control. The challenge made me feel defected, however with working with Gina I feel like I conquered my biggest challenge by the tools she provided me and the special care. Since working with Gina, my body and mind feel more connected than ever. I was diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome a few months ago, and the results from working with Gina have been a tremendous difference within those few months of being diagnosed. Gina listens, cares and throughly understands what I have been going through and she has been a game changer! I worked with Dr. Gina Hahn to improve my Rectocele. My experience was superb. Gina is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I leaned... about ways to help prevent my condition from getting worse by adopting new approaches to life’s simple yet critical functions like breathing and going to the bathroom!! Gina also encouraged me to try a pessary which I did. This was a life altering experience! I feel absolutely back to my old self after wearing this device for 1 month. And who knew, they have been using these devices since at least the 15th century! Bottom line (no pun intended) do not hesitate to visit FX PT and Gina for your pelvic floor ailment.read more

She doesn’t just give... you random exercises to do but she tailors them to what’s best for you and your goals. She goes over everything really well and explains the why.read more

After a sudden onset of severe tibialis posterior tenosynovitis (a tendonitis), I started getting treatments from Rebecca Spiker at the Annapolis FX... Physical Therapy location. I had basically gone to sleep one night OK but woke up unable to walk on one suddenly very swollen foot. Becca did a very thorough assessment and started on a program of exercise and treatments to reduce the pain and swelling without medication. She adapted treatments as progress was made until I was fully mobile. Throughout she was totally focused the resolution and offered much helpful advice for care and prevention. She has a wealth of knowledge and skill that she offers with the greatest of thoughtfulness and kindness. I could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her services.read more

I started out seeing Christine for a work related injury, and have since been going every week for preventative care. The PT I received for my work... injury & surgery was phenomenal! It was very indepth, centered around my professional needs (firefighter), and got me where I needed to be to return to work.My weekly appointments for preventative care have helped tremendously. Whether I have soreness from hard workouts, or long shifts, I stays feel better after receiving care. The entire staff is very friendly & accommodating to my changing schedule. I'm a believer in PT prior to injury & won't stop going.read more

I have been working with FX Physical Therapy's Annapolis location on and off since October 2022. First with Sarah Baddour and then with Christine... Danielson while Sarah was out on maternity leave. Both have been absolutely outstanding! Their knowledge and understanding of the human body, bio mechanics, muscle groups and what I as an athlete need in order to resume and maintain a high level of activity is superb! They have both been using dry needling during my sessions with them, and I have had great results. I would recommend either of these physical therapists without hesitation!read more

Go to FX Physical Therapy Annapolis! You’re in great hands here. Rob is a fantastic PT. He strikes the perfect balance between guiding your healing... and challenging you so you can get your life back after injury. Great PT facility with plenty of parking. FX is located next to the Evolutions gym and also has use of the gym and equipment for more advanced PT. Christine has healing hands. Lauran skillfully runs the office and is very nice and responsive. They are all wonderful PTs who help you understand your injury, address your pain and fully restore function and range of motion. FX Physical Therapy has high quality PTs and is a patient focused business. I came to FX based on a recommendation and have been very happy with the... level of service and expertise of the staff. They utilize well proven therapy techniques as well as some new therapies and tools to help alleviate pain and build strength where needed. Christine takes time to listen to what is happening with my body at each session and makes adjustments to my treatments instead of repeating the same therapies each session. She makes recommendations for me to do on my own at home and accommodates my ability to only come in once a week or sometimes once a month. After many years of PT for various issues, I feel like I’ve found the perfect fit to support my continued active lifestyle. I would highly recommend FX to anyone!read more

Christine and and team leverage very... innovative techniques and methods that focus on range of motion, flexibility and strength training.
