Hayley Lala PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN, XPS
Physical Therapist
Dr. Hayley s a physical therapist who is passionate about helping active individuals move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Washington University.
Hayley is a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), dry needling certified, and holds the EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS) credential. She has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with particular interests in sports rehabilitation, performance physical therapy, return-to-sport training, and working with individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and other hypermobility-related conditions.
She believes in combining hands-on care, targeted exercise, and individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve lasting results and reach their personal goals.
Outside the clinic, Hayley enjoys staying active through pickleball and fitness training. She recently completed her first HYROX competition and is preparing for another race later this year. She is also a proud dog mom to her rescue pup, Piper.
