I highly recommend Emily (physical therapist) at the Harbor East location for anyone dealing with complex injuries or chronic conditions. I sought treatment for a knee injury related to an autoimmune disorder, and she consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of both the physical and medical aspects of my situation. She provided clear, individualized guidance on strengthening exercises, proper use of gym equipment, and long‑term strategies to support my recovery. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care have made a significant difference in my progress.

Exceptional care in a perfect location. This is one of the best physical therapy experiences I’ve ever had. The Harbor East location is perfect, but the staff is what truly sets it apart. I’m incredibly grateful for Emily; she is an exceptional therapist who genuinely listens. She adapts to your pace, ensuring you’re comfortable before progressing, and her expertise in pain management is evident. I am currently in the best health of my life, and Emily played a massive role in that. I highly recommend her!

Emily has been incredible to work with. She’s helped me so much with both my running and ongoing pain issues, she feels like a miracle worker. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and creates a plan that actually works. I’ve seen a huge improvement in how I feel and perform.

On top of that, the whole experience is easy and stress-free, including free parking in the garage, which makes appointments convenient. Highly recommend Emily and this practice.

I cannot say enough great things about the FX Physical Therapy location at Harbor East! I have been working with Faith since October after tearing my ACL and she has been absolutely incredible. She is insanely knowledgeable and creative with our PT sessions. FX has full access to the amazing Coppermine Gym that even includes pilates reformers which has been a game changer for my rehab!! Additionally, garage parking is comped which makes attending my sessions so much easier. Ava who works at the front desk is incredible and super helpful with scheduling as well! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Can't give this place enough shout outs. I work with Emily AKA Your Favorite PT's Favorite PT, at the Harbor East. She's dope. She's given me a regimen to keep my arthritic ass knee pain free. My shoulder had been jacked up from football for decades. She used some micro needling magic and a shoulder stretch routine and fixed my shoulder in a couple months. Now I'm pain free in these yoga streets. Now I won't lie, she has the strongest hands this side of the Mississippi, so pray to whatever God you believe in if you here the words "massage" or "trigger point release". But the results are worth it. All and all, it's dope place. The PTs are with you the the whole time and it's just overall a dope experience.
