Foundations of Our Practice
Founded by Dr. Jerod Felice, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, FX Physical Therapy began with the mission of offering a more 1 on 1, hands-on approach to care. Dr. Felice didn’t just want his patients to move and feel better; he wanted to offer them a personalized experience by building relationships and helping them achieve their overall health and wellness goals. From the inception of FX Physical Therapy, Dr. Felice has been dedicated to offering a better patient experience from start to finish.
Our Growth
In November 2015, FX Physical Therapy (FXPT) opened their doors inside FX Studios’ popular location in Hunt Valley, MD. In January 2016, Dr. Felice expanded his mission to Under Armour employees and the public by opening an office and clinic within Under Armour’s corporate global headquarters in Tide Point, Baltimore.
Since the inception of FXPT, our patients have been our focus. We have continually challenged ourselves to evolve our practice and service offerings. Our foundational care model has provided FXPT with opportunities to expand our reach and help more people with their health, performance, and wellness goals. We are now present within all major cities in Maryland.

We don’t treat injuries, we treat people. To support our mantra ‘Built to Make You Better’, FXPT has evolved to encompass ‘four pillars’ which we use to guide our patients’ overall experience. These are:

1 on 1 care is the cornerstone of our practice. No techs, no fluff. You have the full attention of your FX Physical Therapist.
Hands-On Approach
Our Physical Therapists use hands-on techniques to help assess movement, mobilize joints, and manipulate soft tissue (muscles, skin, ligaments). Our therapists can help increase range of motion, decrease pain or swelling, promote muscle relaxation, improve athletic performance, and more!
Constant Evolution
We uphold our mission to pursue constant evolution with our services — we are continually striving to be better. By using the latest Physical Therapy technology, and the best treatment techniques, we are able to offer an unparalleled experience.

Our clinics are located within unrivaled, state of the art facilities throughout Maryland, many of which are adjacent to our elite partners, which includes Under Armour Performance Centers, Coppermine (including ‘The Mine), PFP, PSP, and LifeMed (we should link to each of these). We’re also proud to be part of Privia Medical Group.
