Literally the sweetest and most understanding care team. I keep having scheduling issues with working two jobs, but they're always helpful and... patient with it.Also the workouts to help with my joint issues are always manageable and easy to add to my daily routine so I rarely miss a day, but even if I do Bailey is very understanding and just encourages that I do them as best I can and as often as I can. I started going to FX PT to help me with training for my first marathon. I had some minor pain that I wanted to address, but more than that, I... wanted to learn how to avoid injuries while increasing my mileage. Sam Monticello was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with me to develop an effective strength program. I saw a lot of improvement and ran successfully without injury! My doctor at Johns Hopkins Community physicians recommended this practice to help me with chronic hip pain. After a few months of hard work with a... physical therapist at FX Physical Therapy, I have seen strong improvement. Thoughts about a possible hip replacement are no longer on the horizon. My pain has been completely resolved, and I can now do activities that I enjoy, such as ice skating and dancing! I am very pleased that I listened to my doctor and tried FX Physical Therapy. Mason is doing a great job helping with shoulder and back pain. I've been to other PT places and prefer FX as they don't waste time. I've been to... other places where they tell me to do the arm bike thing as a warm up while my pt guy goes and talks to someone for 15 minutes. None of that here, they figured out my issue and started working on it.read more

Unfortunately I've had several occasions where I required PT. It wasn't till I experienced FX's approach that I believed therapy can really help... after an injury. To that end, Sam Monticello at FX Therapy helped me tremendously. Having one-on-one sessions and setting personalized goals kept me pushing to improve my limitation, and eventually achieved near 100% recovery. No doubt that with my home exercise plan and a little more time I'll be there at 100%. FX has a great PT model, and I'd recommend you seek out Sam as the therapistread more

Definitely the best physical therapy I have ever received out of 5 different places over the years! The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, kind,... patient, and listen to you well. The office staff always answer the phone right away and are very flexible with appointment changes. Colin is amazing! He's very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly; I highly recommend him. He personalizes your recovery to your physical... fitness interests, and adapts your home exercises the equipment you have available. He moved me along quite quickly, albeit safely, and he seemed as excited about my progress and successes as I was. I like that he is also a strength coach, in addition to being a PT. He understands the joy of an active lifestyle, and wants his patients to share that.I was out of the gym for 6 months with hip and back problems, including back surgery. My surgeon told me to never lift more than 10 pounds again in my life. Colin was shocked at that, and, after a thorough physical evaluation, had me lifting more than that in my first session, and had me back to CrossFit within 3 months.
