Dr. Chris Mooney
Regional Manager, Physical Therapist
Dr. Mooney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2012. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2016. Chris has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since graduation with an emphasis on sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and strength and conditioning. Chris has acquired his Certificate of Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the Spinal Manipulation Institute, his Advanced Olympic Lifting Certificate (AOLC) through Totten Training, and is currently completing his Certification of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. Dr. Mooney has also done additional coursework in spinal manipulation, BFR, and diagnostic ultrasound.
Given his extensive background as a competitive gymnast at both the junior Olympic and division I collegiate level, Dr. Mooney specializes in working with both male and female gymnasts as well as all other junior and collegiate athletes.
