Dr. Sarah Baddour
Physical Therapist
Dr. Sarah Baddour earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, V.A. in 2014 after completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2011 from East Carolina University.
Sarah practices with a blend of manual therapy and corrective exercise to improve movement dysfunction. She is a lifelong learner and has spent time furthering her education and is certified in functional dry needling, SFMA, and FRC. While she treats spinal and peripheral joint disorders among people of all age groups, she also specializes in treating patients who suffer from post-concussion syndrome and vestibular disorders. Sarah has a passion for treating fitness athletes and will go above and beyond to help individuals maximize function, regain independence and achieve their goals.
She is a Board Certified Direct Access Provider, enabling her patients to see her without a referral from another practitioner.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys high-intensity workouts, traveling, and hiking with her labrador retriever. She was a nationally ranked gymnast and continues to find her motivation in working hard in order to see results.
