Carrie is passionate about treating athletes, particularly those involved in CrossFit, weightlifting, running, cycling, and overhead sports like volleyball, softball, and swimming. She holds certifications as a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 2 Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and CrossFit Kids Coach, and has been deeply involved in the CrossFit community as a member, competitor, and coach.

Her personal experience inspired her journey into pelvic health therapy with postpartum incontinence and the challenges of returning to exercise. She has since earned specializations in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise and Pelvic Function through the Herman & Wallace Institute, with a mission to empower women to take control of their pelvic health and lead active, fulfilling lives.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie enjoys staying active through outdoor adventure sports, including mountain biking, climbing, snowboarding, and competitive outdoor volleyball.
