Dr. Maddie Mandich
Physical Therapist
Dr. Maddie Mandich, PT, DPT, CSCS is a physical therapist with a strong foundation in sports medicine, human performance, and adaptive athletics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.
Before becoming a clinician, Dr. Maddie spent several years immersed in the sports medicine environment at UMD, working directly with track and field, women’s soccer, and men’s lacrosse. During PT school, she helped launch an adaptive soccer program for children with physical and cognitive disabilities—an experience that deepened her commitment to inclusive, movement-focused care. She also brings practical strength and conditioning experience, having supported training for high school football athletes and competitive female runners.
As a CSCS-certified therapist, Dr. Maddie enjoys helping active individuals return to the sports and activities they love. She especially connects with athletes and everyday movers who thrive with strength-based programming, clear goals, and a collaborative rehab approach.
Outside the clinic, you can find Dr. Maddie hiking, biking, lifting, running, or cheering on her favorite Maryland teams. She also loves a good adrenaline rush, including skydiving!
