Dr. Brianna Spinnato, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Bri earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She trained at University of Maryland Orthopaedics as well as the U of M Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute. Along the way, she treated a wide range of neurological and orthopedic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Orthopedic care and return-to-sport rehabilitation are her specialties.
Active individuals and athletes of every background are the patients Dr. Bri loves working with most. For her, the reward of being a physical therapist goes beyond the physical progress. It is found in the relationships built and in celebrating every milestone of a patient’s recovery. That mindset drives her larger goal, too. She wants to help people in her community stay active and independent long after their treatment ends.
Dr. Bri’s approach starts with listening. First, she takes the time to understand each patient and what matters most to them. She then builds a tailored treatment plan around that knowledge. From there, she helps build resilience through purposeful movement, hands-on education, and functional training.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Bri makes time for strength training, baking, and traveling. She even spent a whole year living in Madrid, Spain, as an English language teaching assistant!
