Dr. Cearrah Powell, PT, DPT, ATC
Dr. Cearrah Powell is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Athletic Trainer. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Salisbury University, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Before becoming a physical therapist, she worked with Division I athletes at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, including men’s soccer and men’s and women’s cross country and track and field. She also worked with the Baltimore Ravens during training camp and as an industrial athletic trainer, where she focused on ergonomics.
Her clinical interests include working with pregnant and postpartum women, as well as athletes returning to sport. She has completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 training and is continuing to develop her pelvic health expertise for patients in the Frederick area.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Cearrah enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband and creating YouTube vlogs and TikTok content.
