Dr. Anna Lausch

Physical Therapist

Dr. Anna earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore after completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University. During her time at Colorado Mesa, she was a member of the Women’s NCAA Division II Triathlon team and earned 2nd Team honors at the NCAA DII National Championship.

In addition to her athletic background, Dr. Anna gained experience in the Monfort Family Human Performance Lab, where she worked alongside professors, exercise scientists, and biomechanists to support performance testing. This included utilizing an environmental chamber to manipulate variables such as temperature, humidity, and elevation to optimize training conditions for high-level athletes.

Dr. Anna is a certified USA Triathlon coach and has coached athletes ranging from youth competitors to those training for Ironman-distance events. She has a strong passion for endurance sports and specializes in working with runners, cyclists, and triathletes. Through her clinical experiences, she has developed a well-rounded approach to treating athletes of all ages and levels, bringing empathy and insight shaped by her own injury experiences.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Anna enjoys coaching, competing in triathlons, weightlifting, and exploring new national parks.
