Dr. Betsy Hebert
Physical Therapist
Betsy Hebert, PT, DPT
Dr. Betsy, as her patients call her, is a homegrown talent. Born and raised in Lutherville-Timonium, she has deep roots in the local community. Her deep local roots, combined with her physical therapy skills, let her serve the community she calls home in a meaningful way.
Dr. Betsy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. During her training, she completed a clinical rotation in the athletics departments at the University of Maryland at College Park and UMBC. That experience ignited her passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury and surgery.
For Dr. Betsy, the most determined patients are those sidelined from doing what they love. Whether they’re competitive athletes or passionate hobbyists, she understands how much it means to get back in action. She finds immense satisfaction in helping these patients regain confidence in their abilities.
Trust is the foundation of Dr. Betsy’s approach to care. She starts by listening closely to each patient’s needs and fears. Creating a safe and comfortable environment is her top priority. With that trust established, she knows her patients will be ready to tackle the challenging parts of treatment together.
A mom to a busy two-year-old daughter, Dr. Betsy spends much of her free time trying to keep up with her little one. When she does find a moment for herself, she enjoys running, eating ice cream, and cheering on the Ravens. Her love of adventure has taken her far and wide, including a whirlwind trip to Europe where she took seven flights in just six days.
