Dr. Cara Woods
Physical Therapist
Dr. Cara Woods PT, DPT, ATC, earned her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, in 2015 from East Stroudsburg University, where she also played NCAA D2 collegiate softball. Cara then continued her education at University of Maryland Eastern Shore to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2020. Cara has been working in outpatient orthopedics since graduation and is passionate about helping her patients return to all activities that they love. She enjoys working with young athletes to older adults to help them reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Cara has also taken continuing education in vestibular rehabilitation, LSVT BIG, and management of the athlete.
Outside of the clinic, Cara enjoys hiking, working out, and trying new restaurants.
