Physical Therapist
Dr. Maggie Campe, DPT
Dr. Maggie earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Dr. Maggie began her clinical training in acute care at UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She later moved into outpatient care at NovaCare Rehabilitation and completed a rotation in memory care through Fox Rehabilitation’s home health program, working with residents in assisted living.
Today, Dr. Maggie enjoys working with geriatric patients, active older adults, post-operative patients, and patients with a wide range of outpatient needs. Getting to know her patients is what she finds most rewarding about the job, and she especially values the relationships she builds with them over the course of their care.
Whether a patient wants to return to a favorite hobby or feel more confident moving through daily life, Dr. Maggie focuses on goals that make a meaningful difference outside the clinic.
Dr. Maggie approaches each patient as an individual. Before building a plan of care, she takes time to understand their concerns, goals, and lifestyle. She aims to make patients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the course of their care.
In her free time, Dr. Maggie often walks the B&A Trail with her husband and their two Australian Shepherds. She also enjoys tennis, pickleball, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Dr. Maggie grew up in Wisconsin, spent four years in North Carolina, and eventually settled in Maryland for PT school. Throughout those moves, she has remained a proud Chicago Bears fan.
