Dr. Robin Buxton
Clinic Coordinator, Pelvic Health, Physical Therapist
Dr. Robin Buxton, PT, DPT, MS earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018. During her undergraduate studies, she also served as the President of Club Softball and worked as an intern with the Division I football team. Dr. Buxton went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Delaware in 2021 where she served on the Executive Board and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Prior to joining FX Physical Therapy, Dr. Buxton received further specialization in pelvic health while working with a general orthopedics, neurologic, vestibular, and pelvic health population. Dr. Buxton has a passion for treating the female athlete through the lifespan but loves to work with a variety of diagnoses and clients.
Outside of work, Dr. Buxton enjoys coaching a 12U travel softball and the Severna Park High School Varsity teams. She is a huge fan of all Maryland athletics and loves to spend any of her (very limited) free time at the beach.
