I can’t say enough about my experience with FX Physical Therapy. I was treated for issues with my Iliotibial band. From the first contact with FX, I knew I was at the right place. My insurance was handled quickly and my first session was scheduled within a few days which in itself was unbelievable.
Dr. Woods was extremely knowledgeable which was expected, however, her level of caring and commitment to getting me back on my feet was top tier. I felt heard and motivated because of her positivity and support. The exercises were manageable and she guided me through the process of how to continue them at home without investing in high cost equipment which was appreciated.
Many times as seniors we are told that pain or discomfort associated with movement is due to aging. Don’t buy it! Finding the right physical therapist can make all the difference to management and recovery.
I can wholeheartedly tell you I was indeed “Built Better!” By the completion of my sessions and have resumed my activities, feeling stronger and optimistic.

From the moment I contacted this location for PT therapy it has been a wonderful experience for me.
The front desk staff are very friendly and my therapist Kevin has been phenomenal. His dry needle technique and exercise progressions helps increase my mobility continuously with every appointment.
If you’re looking for a physical therapy company I definitely recommend this FX therapy location.

I was lucky enough to be assigned physical therapy here after an injury to my right elbow left me with limited mobility and a lot of challenges in my everyday life. Abby, Ellie, and the ready of the team we're amazing! They always made me feel welcome, worked easily with my schedule so that it didn't impede my job too much, and we're very easy to communicate with. Abby's program was instrumental to my recovery and also set me up for success going forward so that I don't hurt myself again. I can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely love coming to FX! It was recommended to me by a coworker & I would recommend this to anyone in need of physical therapy or even some sunshine in their day. Everyone here is such a delight, and it truly does feel like a family! I love the community feeling they provide & how nice every single person on the staff is.
Gabby is hands down amazing!! She is truly caring, gentle, she listens & truly does make you feel valued. Gabby is wonderful! She is so understanding, emphatic and patient. I never feel judged or looked down on during sessions or rushed. I would recommend booking with Gabby! The on one sessions are so helpful and hard to find at other clinics. Thank you for everything. Ellie and Isabel at the front desk are also very helpful and get back to you quick with questions via email.

I cannot recommend FX enough!!!! Between Ellie’s bright personality and fun crafts at the front and Gabby’s way of making the uncomfortable fun, I always look forward to my PT days!
Since starting pelvic floor therapy with Gabby, my symptoms have improved massively!!!! She has always explained everything in ways that are easily understandable and she has a way of making you feel comfortable even in uncomfortable situations. As much as I am excited to heal, I’m dreading the day I have to leave!!!

This is the best Physical Therapy experience I’ve ever had.
Ellie the office manager was friendly welcoming and helpful.
Cara and Gabby are the best.
They are both extremely helpful, friendly and caring.
They wanted to make sure I am making progress and don’t feel pressured or rushed.
I have improved so much.

Pelvic floor PT with Gabby helped my postpartum recovery so much! She is an invaluable resource and always made me feel comfortable. Our weekly appointments were like visiting a friend. I was able to bring my baby to appointments, and she incorporated him into the exercises!

I never imagined I'd find a physical therapist who could make this much of an impact on my life the way Gabby has. After living with pain for over 12 years and having 2 surgeries that did nothing for the issue, I had almost accepted this as part of my life.
What sets her apart is her holistic approach; instead of only treating the area I felt pain' she took the time to look at my whole body.
She genuinely listens, makes you feel heard, and brings such a positive energy to every session. My pain has improved in ways I didn't think were possible. She is truly the best!

The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and provide personal attention and hands on massage. They also can provide needling. They are with you for the entire appointment. The new Waugh Chapel facility is great and very large with a full time receptionist and easy parking. I would highly recommend this Physical Therapy office to anyone.

Gabby Mace is an amazing addition to your practice! Her trauma-informed approach to pelvic floor PT and psychoeducation makes all the difference in understanding how we hold our pain and how to work through it. She has been integral and even adjusted my car seat last week to help me function better as a mental health therapist. I’m looking forward to continuing to heal and work around chronic pelvic pain and Interstitial Cystitis with her!

Everyone here was so kind and friendly! I've been going to Gabby and she was so kind and helpful. She even made unique exercise's based on what i needed specifically, she was also really nice to talk with during my sessions! FX Physical Therapy has been a game changer for my health. As an elite runner, I needed someone who could keep me functioning at high levels for training and racing. FX (specifically Christine 🥰) has been there for any injuries, ailments and regular maintenance. FX has been absolutely essential in my life! I am so thankful to the experienced and skilled physical therapists who treat me one-to-one, with full attention at every appointment. Every therapist and administrative staff member is so friendly and truly cares about each patient. Cupping and dry needling have been particularly helpful and therapeutic for me. I look forward to every appointment knowing that I will feel so much better than I did when I walked in. 5/5 highly recommend!
