FX Physical Therapy continues its rapid growth across Maryland with a major milestone—our expansion into Montgomery County, marking our first entry into the Washington, D.C. suburbs.
Our new Gaithersburg physical therapy clinic represents a strategic step into a high-demand region, bringing our 1-on-1, performance-based care model to even more active individuals, athletes, and professionals.
This expansion was recently featured in the Baltimore Business Journal, highlighting not only our move into Montgomery County, but a broader phase of growth across the region.
In addition to Gaithersburg, FX Physical Therapy has expanded with a new clinic inside REPS Performance Training in Severna Park physical therapy (opened April 6), further strengthening our presence in Anne Arundel County. We’re also continuing that growth with a new location opening soon in Westminster physical therapy—expanding access to care into Carroll County.

Expanding Access to Performance-Based Physical Therapy
As demand for physical therapy continues to grow, particularly among active adults and athletes, FX Physical Therapy remains focused on delivering a higher standard of care.
Our model is built on:
- 1-on-1 sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Hands-on manual therapy and individualized treatment plans
- Performance-driven programming designed for long-term results
By integrating into performance environments like REPS and expanding into key communities, we’re able to meet patients where they are, whether they’re recovering from injury, training at a high level, or looking to move and feel better long-term.
A Growing Presence Across Maryland
With 24 locations across Maryland—and continued expansion into new regions—FX Physical Therapy is building a more connected, accessible model of care.
Our growth is driven by:
- Strong relationships with local communities, gyms, and providers
- A commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes
- Increasing demand for personalized, performance-focused physical therapy
As we continue to expand, our mission remains the same: to help individuals move without pain, build strength, and perform at their highest level.
